Modify jobs page

In the Jobs Overview page and the JOBS page in Inspect and Review, you can determine which columns appear in the grid. You can show or hide columns, except for Job Name, Job Type, and Job Status.

You can sort the jobs in the table by the Job Status column. You can also filter the table by the Job Name, Job Type, Submitted By, Submitted Date, and Job Status columns to show only jobs that match specific data in a column. The default view presents the most recent jobs first.

When you modify columns or the sort order on a Jobs page, the system applies those settings to all other Jobs pages in the project and saves them for the current session. Each Jobs page saves its filter selections separately for the current session.

To modify a jobs page, complete the following procedure.

1. Go to a jobs page.

   • To view the Jobs Overview page, follow these steps.

     1. In the Main Menu, select Overview.

     2. Click Jobs Overview.

   • To view the JOBS page in Inspect, follow these steps.

     1. In the Main Menu, click Inspect.

     2. Click Jobs.

   • To view the JOBS page in Review, follow these steps.

     1. In the Main Menu, click Review.

     2. Click Jobs.

2. Modify the jobs page using any of the following methods.

   Manage columns in the list

   To manage the columns in the list, follow these steps.

   1. Click Columns at the top right of the table.

   2. In the Columns dialog box, select or clear the columns as needed.

      • Select Show/Hide All to select or clear all available columns.

      • Select Reset to restore the default column configuration.

   Sort the jobs in the table

   To sort the jobs in the table, do the following.

   • Click the Job Status column header once to sort ascending, shown by an arrow pointing up.

   • Click the Job Status column header again to sort descending, shown by an arrow pointing down.

   Filter the jobs in the table

   To filter the jobs in the table, do the following.

   • To apply a filter, follow these steps.

     1. In the column name, click Filter .

     2. In the Filter dialog box, do the following.

        1. Select the items.

           • For the Submitted Date column, select the required time period.

           • For the other filterable columns, check one or more items to display.

        2. Select Apply.

   • To remove filters, follow these steps.

     1. In the column name, click Filter .

     2. In the Filter dialog box, select Clear and then click Apply.
